American Impact (AI) was formed on March 3, 2022 and is recognized as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions to American Impact are not tax deductible.
As a social welfare organization, American Impact may advocate for or against specific legislation at the state and federal levels. One hundred percent of your contribution goes directly to American Impact in furthering the organization’s mission of advocating for legislation on financial policies that impact American consumers.
American Impact accepts donations from residents of the following states:
AZ, CO, DE, ID, IA, IL, IN, KY, MT, NE, NM, OH, SD, TX, WI, WY
Contributions from foreign nationals or foreign entities are prohibited.

American Impact Foundation (AIF) was formed on February 10, 2020 and is recognized as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
As a charitable organization, American Impact Foundation educates lawmakers and the general public on policy research related to economic and financial policies impacting individual consumers. One hundred percent of your contribution goes directly to the American Impact Foundation in furthering its mission of educating elected officials, stakeholders, and the public.
